Selecting the farms, depending on the crop we want to grow, is a vital part of our project. We analyse the most relevant factors such as climate, soil quality and orography. We carry out extremely detailed studies of each farm which we use to design the plantations and their irrigation projects, and we carry out the work of preparing the land to be able to leave the plantations in optimum condition for the growing of our trees.
